Pray for the Persecuted Church

Although I hope that we each pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters daily, please don't forget that today, Sunday, November 11th, is a time for remembering them in a special way. As you gather freely in your churches with no fear of the police, please take time out to pray for those who never know when their meeting will be broken up and the pastor taken to jail.

Pray for Pastor Z, who is sitting in jail as you read this post.
Pray for Emerald, who is still under pressure from her family.
Pray for village families whose babies are denied birth certificates because the parents are believers.
Pray for the countless people who are being harassed, tortured, fined, jailed, or even killed for their faith in Christ, both here where we live and all over the globe.
