Here's a quote from a local English-language newspaper:
"Mass disinfection, disinsection, and deratization measures are taken due to summer season."
What this means is that the public health ministry is cleaning, spraying pesticides and poisoning rats. I can't allow myself to laugh because I have language class in less than two hours and I'll likely say something just as unintelligible.
